Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kuk9 website accessible at kuk9.io and any associated mobile-optimised interface, including all betting, casino, and account management services offered therein.
• "kuk9", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the kuk9 platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player may deposit funds, place bets, and access casino games.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which kuk9 accounts are denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive issued by kuk9 to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing the Platform or participating in online gambling is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kuk9 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the kuk9 Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your kuk9 account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Eligibility

Use of the kuk9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. kuk9 applies a minimum age of 21 years, which is stricter than the statutory minimum in many jurisdictions, reflecting our commitment to responsible gaming and the protection of young adults.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of kuk9 complies with the laws of their applicable jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kuk9 employee or contractor in a role that provides access to non-public Platform data, odds-setting systems, or game outcome data.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by kuk9 or by a third-party responsible gambling organisation — that covers online casino or betting activity.

kuk9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of kuk9 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered kuk9 account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• kuk9 conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks as a standard part of the registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National ID Card, Passport) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information are void from the outset. Any funds deposited into such an account may be withheld pending investigation and returned to the originating payment method where practicable.
• kuk9 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, pledged as security, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kuk9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kuk9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the kuk9 support team immediately at [email protected]. kuk9 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted. All bets and transactions placed prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access remain valid unless kuk9 determines, in its sole discretion, that fraudulent activity has occurred.

kuk9 employs SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform sessions, two-factor authentication options, and automated session-timeout controls to protect Player accounts. Players are encouraged to enable all available security features within their account settings.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All kuk9 account transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to fund the account where technically feasible. kuk9 does not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not previously been used for a deposit on the same account.
• Withdrawal processing time: kuk9 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. kuk9 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 or in cases where transaction patterns trigger an internal review.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the kuk9 account holder. kuk9 will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts and reserves the right to return funds received from unverified sources.
• kuk9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply independent transaction charges. kuk9 bears no responsibility for charges levied by third-party payment providers.

Bonuses & Promotions

kuk9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to Player accounts in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise, only wagers placed on eligible games count towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Bets placed on excluded games (as listed in the promotion terms) do not contribute to wagering requirements, and placing such bets may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
• kuk9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in a manner contrary to these Terms & Conditions or the promotion-specific terms.
• Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• kuk9 may, at its discretion, offer loyalty rewards, seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season, and other time-limited offers. These are subject to the terms published at the time of the promotion.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the kuk9 Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are accepted and settled in BDT at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. Pre-match and in-play odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation.
• kuk9 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical errors, data feed failures, or human error. Players will be notified of any void bet and the staked amount will be returned to their account.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly in response to significant match events (e.g., a wicket falling, a penalty being awarded). Bets submitted during a suspended market will be rejected and the staked amount returned.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL official organisers for BPL fixtures). kuk9 follows the official result even where it differs from media reports or real-time data feeds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed within the applicable betting market and may differ between pre-match and in-play markets, between sports, and between account tiers.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the kuk9 Platform — including but not limited to live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Crazy Time), RNG slots, and instant-win games — are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules published within the game interface.

Game outcomes for RNG titles are determined by certified random number generation systems. kuk9 does not have the ability to alter game outcomes once a round has commenced. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer (dealing cards, spinning the roulette wheel) and recorded by multiple camera angles for dispute resolution purposes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server failure, or software error — kuk9's liability is limited to returning the staked amount for the interrupted round. kuk9 will not pay winnings arising from malfunctions that produce clearly erroneous outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kuk9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during account verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through kuk9.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or poker-style formats to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that provides an unfair financial advantage. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to the kuk9 support team and must not exploit them.
• Using the kuk9 Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of masking your true geographic location.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kuk9 Platform — including but not limited to the kuk9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of kuk9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of kuk9.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is made available to Players under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal entertainment purposes only.

Privacy & Data

kuk9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a kuk9 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kuk9 may share Player data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform securely and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. kuk9 will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gaming

kuk9 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gambling environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within your account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict your account from placing bets or playing casino games for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account if you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

kuk9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their kuk9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kuk9 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, and events beyond kuk9's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. kuk9 will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance periods via the Platform or by email where practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

kuk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — kuk9 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address associated with the Player's registered account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates to third-party studio names) may be made without advance notice and will be effective immediately upon publication. The date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account at any time.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the kuk9 Platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction from which they access it.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and kuk9, the Player should contact the kuk9 support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing full details of the matter in dispute. kuk9 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a complete written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
